The Xunta de Galicia’s regional program GAELIC, which has been developed within the innovative actions framework of ERDF and managed by the Zona Franca de Vigo, was established in 2002 with a view to helping Galician SMEs internationalisation scope.
GAELIC promotes cooperation amongst SMEs and facilitates their access to foreign markets by taking advantage of knowledge economy opportunities and new information and communication technologies.
Five international experts from different areas related to competitive improvement are invited by GAELIC to contribute to the conference titled “European Learning Regions” and enrich our strategic capabilities within a world where knowledge exchange is an essential key to the future.
